Epcot
Akershus at Norway Pavilion
This used to be a top-notch Norwegian open buffet, but has now turned into a Disney Princess character breakfast/lunch. If you don’t want to attend the character meal, there is an outside counter service area where you can get fresh open-faced sandwiches and desserts – a good place to get a high quality, quick meal.
Tutto Italia Ristorante
At the Italy Pavilion. This is the new restaurant that replaced L’Originale Alfredo di Roma. And what an improvement! Though the menu is somewhat limited, the pastas and sauces can’t be beat. Service is quick and meals are served with an Italian flair.
Teppan Edo at the Japan Pavilion
This is another new, high quality restaurant that recently opened at Epcot. It was constructed to exactly resemble an authentic Japanese dining experience. Food is prepared and served right in front of you by your own personal Japanese chef. It’s sort of an upscale Benihana’s. The food is fresh and the quality can’t be beat. The service is impeccable, and the staff will bend over backwards to accommodate any special requests. Highly recommended!
The Garden Grill
If you’re in the mood for a healthy meal, try the Garden Grill in The Land pavilion. It features foods grown right in Disney’s greenhouses. Highly recommended.
Coral Reef Restaurant
The food is expensive and just average, but the view can’t be beat. If you want to dine “under the sea”, this is the place.
Disney MGM Studios
ABC Commissary
A good place for a quick counter service meal – offers a wide range of options at an affordable price. A good value for the money.
Animal Kingdom
Rainforest Cafe
The food is just average and a bit pricey, but the atmosphere is spectacular. Kids love being in the “jungle” with all the animals, fish, waterfall and volcano.
Tusker House
Though counter service, the food quality is excellent, with lots of healthy options. Highly recommended for a quick meal.
